Hi dr. Here is my husbands semen analysis report. Volume. 2.5ml Colour. Whitish. Reaction. Alkaline. Collection. At lab. Liquification time. 30 mins. Sperm count. 27 million/cc Active motile. 50 Sluggish motile 10 Non.motile. 40 Normal forms. 60 Pus cells. 7-6/hpf Rbc. 2-3/hpf Epithilial cells. 3-4/hpf.
Your husband's report may suggest semen infection.Infection is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells and RBC in semen.
He need proper clinical examination and further investigations. he need routine hemogram,RBS,culture and sensitivity of semen,colour doppler of scrotum. Proper antibiotics depend upon culture and sensitivity report.
Motility is acceptable.Normally it should be at least 55 %.He has overall 60 % motility. Sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml. His sperm count is 27 million/ml,so count is normal. Sperm morphology is also normal.
